Banjar Regency – The ICT Team of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) supported the faculty leadership meeting with department managers concerning the preparation of the Revised Budget Plan (RAB) for the fourth quarter of the 2025 Fiscal Year. The meeting was held on Tuesday, August 26, at 08.30 WITA in the Andromeda Meeting Room, Sky Convention Center.
The meeting was opened by the Dean of FKIP ULM, Sunarno Basuki, and attended by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Deasy Arisanty; the Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs, Dharmono; the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni, Ali Rachman; service division heads; and all department managers within FKIP ULM.
In his remarks, the Dean emphasized the importance of solid coordination between the faculty’s financial management and departments to optimize budget absorption and accelerate realization according to the planned timeline. He also highlighted several strategic programs, including maintaining prospective students’ interest in continuing their studies at FKIP ULM and supporting the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (IKU).
The technical discussion on strategies for accelerating budget realization was led by the Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs, Dharmono. He stated that optimal budget absorption could be achieved if supported by the preparation of accountability reports in accordance with applicable regulations.
The faculty’s financial team then provided assistance to all departments in drafting the revised Quarter IV RAB and program accountability reports. This assistance activity was scheduled to continue until Wednesday, August 27, with the target that each department would complete the revised RAB documents and reports on time.
