Banjarmasin – The Guidance and Counseling (BK) Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) successfully closed the end of 2024 by organizing an International Seminar on the Problems of Children Living Along Riverbanks with the theme “Educational Transformatics: Digital Creativity as a Medium for Developing Positive Character in Children Living Along Riverbanks” on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at the General Building ULM.

Behind the smooth running of this international-scale seminar, the ICT Team of FKIP ULM played an essential role in ensuring all technical aspects functioned optimally. Their support covered the setup of audio-visual equipment, internet connectivity for speakers from Malaysia, and the smooth execution of student digital project presentations. The presence of the ICT Team also ensured that the seminar remained accessible and well-connected for both offline and online audiences.

In addition to technical support, the ICT Team carried out digital documentation, including photos, videos, and recorded materials for publication and academic archiving of the BK Study Program. Moreover, the team assisted students in showcasing digital-based guidance and counseling services, which were featured in the seminar.

With the full support of the ICT Team, this international seminar not only ran successfully but also highlighted the importance of synergy between counseling and digital technology in addressing the challenges faced by children living along riverbanks.
