Banjarmasin – In November 2024, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at Lambung Mangkurat University (ULM) presented an appreciation award to outstanding educational staff (tendik). Ponco, one of FKIP ULM’s staff members, successfully earned the title of 3rd Place Best Educational Staff.

The award was presented directly by the Dean of FKIP ULM during a recognition ceremony attended by faculty leaders, lecturers, and administrative staff. The accolade was given as a form of appreciation for Ponco’s dedication and contributions to improving the quality of academic and administrative services at the faculty.

In addition, Ponco had the opportunity to share his experiences working at FKIP ULM during a sharing session titled “Experiences Working at FKIP ULM” held on February 28, 2025. On this occasion, he delivered motivational messages and stories intended to inspire other members of the academic community.

This recognition is expected to encourage all FKIP ULM educational staff to continue striving for excellence and contributing their best to the development of the faculty.
